My door lock was not working properly. The remote did not work and the key sometimes worked and sometimes it did not. I had to call on star three times to open the door so I brought my car in. 2010 Buick Lacrosse, appromately 18,000 miles Oil change and tire rotation. Problem from air conditioner.....musty sour smell when the air conditioner was running. The problem was quickly identified as a very dirty interior air filter. The air filter was changed and the problem was immediately solved. Your Service Department personnel, including the Service Tech as well as the Service Manager are to be commended for a job well done. This is always the case when utilizing your Service Department.
